In The 80/10/10 Diet, there is a simple formula for
calculating BMR; it's something like bodyweight in lbs
divided by 20 = cals/hour. But I think that's at
complete rest, lying or sleeping. Even sitting
reading or on the computer would take a little more.

I'd just say get out there and workout! Eat 811 as
according to guidelines. If you gain, you are
overeating on fruit; eat more veg and less fruit. If
you lose, you need more fruit.
