Is eating a pound of kale for dinner a good idea? I do it because I am low on iron
and calcium. I've been finding that I get bloated and flatulent every evening. I
have a feeling it might be too hard to digest.

I'm unsure of the best green to eat for dinner.

For dinner i usually eat 1-2 pounds of a mix of kale/spinach/lettuce with orange
juice dressing, sauerkraut (occasionally), with added vegetables.

Is the bloating due to colon congestion? Ive been grain free and raw for over a
month now and vegan for a year. I know a water fast would help cleanse the
colon. I would love to do a water fast but I can't because I'm stuck in Australia
and funds won't permit. Would you recommend a short term water fast or a juice
fast or banana island to make sure it isn't a clogged colon that makes me bloated
every evening.

I exercise every third day- cycling usually for 1.5 hours.

I'm aware it could be not chewing properly, or eating to soon after a large lunch.
I'm so frustrated with my body i don't know where to start.
