Harley I don't understand you have have somehow "forgotten" the science behind cooked food and the problems with grains.

All partially dehydrating does is remove some of the water. It does not destroy nutrients and denature like cooking does, especially when done at low heat. Rice has been cooked at a high heat, denatured, and also has the problems of being a grain, which in itself is not healthy for humans.

Just because something has been partially dehydrated doesn't mean it is not "FRESH". Especially if eaten with other high water content foods in the dish it has lost 0% of it's nutrition.

Just because something isn't high in calories doesn't mean it's not good for us. Obviously this is where your problems start Harley. You lack enough greens in your diet because you are so focused on only carbs, so you crave starches, which then leads you to cooked foods.

I would much rather have my fruit along with a partially dehydrated ingredient in a raw dish then to compromise my health with a cooked grain.
