Dehydrated food are cooked foods. Cooked foods are NOT part of the 811rv program being taught by doug.

Cooking food removes the water from it? Then again a steamed rice dish has more water content than dehyrated cauliflower chopped up meaning to look like rice? The mock rice dish also leaves you undercarbed relative if you ate some fruits.

Why create raw (but really cooked) versions of cooked foods? Seems like a waste of time. If you want pizza, eat a high carb low fat vegan pizza!

If you feel better eating fruit then just peel a bowl of fruit and eat that for dinner. Thats what raw food eating is about. All this fancy food prep to make raw foods resemble cooked foods and then we pride ourselves on raw food purity is a bit silly.

Peel your fruit and enjoy it. We also enjoy going to vegan restaurants and enjoying tasty vegan dinners when we feel like it.
