True what you say to a degree, however maybe a little
bit exaggerated, but that's your style so ok..

An active lifestyle is definitely good! And actually,
I'm not interested in eating only 2000 cals like the
post might seem to imply, I'm just looking to find out
where to "start counting from", how much the least
active day day would burn, so that I can accurately
add my activity (of any sort, like going to the market
and shopping to going for a run) on top of that!

I know my bmr should be about 1400, and so when I add
digestion I get to about 1700 kcal's, then I would
like to know how much "sitting" burns so I can
accurately calculate my total calories for the day,
also on the days that I just rest, and sit around!
