Subject:         Caloric need

I've got a couple of questions on caloric need...

I weigh about 140 pounds. So my bmr should be 1400 kcal per
day. Ok, then I add about 300 for digestion. 1700 kcal.

Here's my question: if I sit all day (except bathroom breaks
and brushing teeth etc), say on the computer, or reading a
book, how much would my daily total be? I read 50-80 kcal, but
that sounds like a lot?

I'm trying to figure out how much calories I need for the
least possible activity type of day, non-fasting, and not bed
rest (except 11 hours or so in bed during sleep obviously).
