I can understand some of the reasoning behind Raw till 4 approach,
such as financial concerns and lack of quality produce in the area or
even that a person doesn't wish to eat all raw.

However, my concern is your emphasis on carbs and calories, even if
this means eating processed foods. I don't hear you using the word
"health". Processed foods are NOT health foods. Refined sugars in
your smoothies, pasta, pizza dough, etc are processed and not
healthy.

Perhaps you and Leanne and others will consider that if you are going
to model and recommend cooked foods, at the very least make
choices not solely based on calories and sugars. Emphasize WHOLE
foods. And, for goodness sake, eat your veggies!!!

Make healthy choices, whether its raw or cooked.
