To Larry and others who say and/or think that we should eat more fruit whenever we have cravings.

It's been my experience that if I crave sweet then I need to eat more more sweet fruits.

However, If I crave salty/cooked foods then eating sweet fruits only strengthens those cravings. In this case I usually juice celery and tomatoes to satisfy the urge for salty tasting food. It works for me.

So if the craving are not going away even though you're eating a ton of fruits then you might want to up the greens, especially celery and tomatoes.

That, unfortunately, is not the only factor in quelling cravings. Sometimes you have to experience the consequences/pain, maybe for years, of eating the wrong foods before you stop craving them.

There's also a psycological component to cravings and a social one too.

It's not as simple as eating more fruits even though that goes a long way towards helping.
