as i toooottttalllly had the ''''mind-set'''' of
''''absolute numbers on the scale'''' driving myself
crazy with it and restricting fruit/veg calories even
when i felt hungry as well as drinking water when i
felt thirsty because the number on the scale wasn't
what i wanted it to be lol :) soooo 'yeeeaaahhh' lol,
but i'm now out of that 'mind-set' and feel so much
better for it! :)!

what is name of the book going to be?
did you actually do these do different
exercise/fitness routines for a long while before
judging if they were good and effective and what might
be effective for one person could not be for another
also...corret? or is it one size fits all when it
comes down to fitness/exercise routines???
