have cravings -- exactly what I had on the juice
reboot/fast, which, as Dr. Klaper points out, is
essentially a 600 calorie per day liquid diet.

So I understand that if I feel hungry or feel a
craving for certain foods, then it is a sign I should
eat more fruit. The ideal is to eat enough to keep
excessive hunger and any cravings away but little
enough to lose weight gradually till I reach my weight
goal.

At 1-2 pounds per week, it would take me at least 3
months to lose those 20 pounds. (Probably more
because the closer you get to your ideal weight, the
slower the loss is, according to my experience.) That
should be plenty of time to adjust.
