hour's lifting.

My feeling is, this is just not a great way to go
about building muscle and reducing fat. This is what
bodybuilders do when they "cut up" for competion; it
drives you crazy, and you are certain to binge unless
you are a highly competitive pro.

This site and Dr D are about health creation and
maintenance, not about crash dieting and sudden life
change. We encourage aiming for a sustainable,
healthy life with enough calories not to feel
deprived.

Go at it too extremely, and you will be one of many
saying, "811 didn't work for me, I felt terrible!"
when they weren't taking a wholistic natural hygiene
approach.

You will never see Dr Graham stating that you need a
higher % of protein for muscular hypertrophy.
