what should my protein intake be? i am 148 pounds, so if i take my
BMR and add regular daily activity (1480+200) and add how much i
burn in a hour long full body lifting session (300? seems difficult to
estimate) then take 7-10 percent of that to get the number of calories
from protein i should be eating?
