Dear Mr. Graham,
some years ago, i was tested positive on a fructose intolerance. I was told to stay away from everything that contains fructose.

Later, after getting totally raw and vegan, i discovered the 811 diet and i was convinced, that it is a very healthy diet. The problem is, that i am not able to eat enough fruit to be full. After, for example, 600 grams of papaya (which is the fruit i tolerate best due to the very low fructose content) i become dizzy and my ears become red and hot, my blood pressure decreases. If i stop before, i stay hungry and unsatisfied.

Do you have any experience with other persons having the same problem? Do you have any idea how to approach the 811 diet without feeling that sick? I do not want to return to cooked meals, nor eat animals or excess fats/proteins. So, fruit consumption seems the logical and natural way for humans. Is there a way to "heal" the intolerance by approaching slowly and eating more and more fruit ? If not, i would be really disappointed.

Thank you very much for any help.

Sincerely
Daya
