Grazing typically does not result in as efficient or effective digestion as eating meals, but if you wish to graze, you can. Aerobic sports often are difficult for grazers, and many grazers find that they simply cannot eat a sufficient quantity of calories when grazing.
Eat salad when you want it, but I encourage people to first make sure they've had all the fruit they could possibly want each day. But if you want some salad with your lunch, that's fine.
Heavy food right before dinner will often lead to troubled sleep, but if all you are having is fruits or vegetables, you can eat practically till you go to sleep, if you wish. You get better quality sleep when you are not working to digest your food, so giving yourself a couple hours is always good.
Sleep as much as you need to sleep. There is no set number of hours, just "enough."
