I struggle with that off and on too! running in
general obviously uses the muscle and so over time it
will improve.

I have found to help - if you are running in the
morning, eat dates or bananas, NOT juicy fruit, for
breakfast. And don't overhydrate!

Also for some reason, urine is ready to come out after
running, even if you peed before you left! So go
outside and jog a half mile, then come back and pee.
then you should be good the rest of the workout.
