Dr Graham, Does your book Preventio & Cure of Athletic
Injuries address adrenal fatigue?

I have eating a high fruit diet for 8 years but admittedly
have a pretty busy life and not much rest or play time.
Nevertheless I sleep 10 hours and wake up feeling reasonably
refreshed in the morning. Despite my good diet, I have been
dealing with adrenal fatigue for the last year with various
ups and downs depending on how much exercise I was doing (I
did take a couple months off but tried to jump back in too
soon, and tend to go harder than I ought)

Anyway all the current Naturopathic / macrobiotic
recommendations for adrenal fatigue are pretty much the
opposite of 80/10/10 and it has left my faith a bit shattered.
My heart is still in the fruit diet though and I would love
for you to restill my faith.

At my lowest in this path, I began to realize that my
exhaustion would peak when I ate my fruit meals. So I tried
the macrobiotic diet and focused on fish and millet for a
couple months and felt dramatically better. Could you please
explain this from your point of view? I realize the cooked
food could be a numbing agent and maybe when I had a meal
without it, (a fruit meal) that's why my symptoms came back
on.
