At the gym today I was talking with a woman who was on
dialysis for several years and recently had a kidney
transplant.

She noticed I was eating what she considered a lot of fruit
(two honeydew melons) so she shared her story.

Apparently she has to restrict foods rich in potassium and
phosphorus.

How would a person dealing with kidney issues be able to eat a
high fruit diet?
