Subject:         Nutritional (Savoury) Yeast

Dear Dr Graham (or anyone else who has a somewhat knowledgable opinion)

What are your thoughts on nutritional yeast (for the purposes of vitamin b12
consumption)?

Wikipedia says "It is a source of protein and vitamins, especially the B-complex
vitamins, and is a complete protein. It is also naturally low in fat and sodium
and is free of sugar, dairy, and gluten."

So far it doesn't sound too bad...
