I like how simply you explain candida in the blood (how it
doesnít bloom too much if fat intake is kept low enough
because all food gets converted into blood glucose).

But what about in the intestines?

Wouldnít the candida there eat the abundant simple fruit
sugars, multiply, and persist vs. if one eats complex carbs?

Iím eating fruit throughout the day now, and getting gas /
burps from one place in my colon where Iíve had a recurring
candida issue.

(As for fruit normally being digested quickly, my fat intake
isnít blocking the sugar from being absorbed fast, though the
fiber in my green smoothies might be.)
