The pain you might feel while running tells you to
stop, or at least slow down, while you slowly build
the muscles etc to allow for the level of activity you
want. Why are your feet weak in the first place? Maybe
from too much shoes? Getting special shoes that
support your weaknesses will only perpetuate the
problem in my opinion. The pain is the best indicator,
work to the point right before slight pain, then rest
and recover, the do it again. After a while, it could
be years, your feet will have readjusted. Most likely.
