You really don't need to apologise Lynne, and I
apologise myself for worrying you and Heidi. The
condition of relatively extreme thirst is one I have
become used to over several decades, although
strangely it has steadily increased and is unaffected
by going raw. I feel fine with it - so long as I
drink enough not to get headaches.

But I am now noting that a significant part of the
most recent increase in thirst has been due to
samphire! I have been gorging on it for a couple of
months now, using it copiously on all my salads, and
grabbing a few stalks every time I open the fridge.
Salt is so addictive! This week I gave it a rest,
didn't fancy it so much - and guess what, the bloat on
my middle and legs has reduced greatly, and the water
weight has dropped by 4lb! Or so it appears.

Thanks for your concern, I'm feeling better already
for being less puffy.
