thanks again Heidi,

Yes i agree the puffiness appears and feels like
water weight, but fruit and veg should not in theory
cause retention.

I am incredibly thirsty all the time it seems; I
drink 10-15L/day which sounds crazy, but the first
bite of any fruit or veg makes me so thirsty, I
cannot continue eating until I drink 1/2L or so; a
few more bites and I need another litre. Juice does
the same. Naturally i drink 1-2L before eating; I
could not contemplate putting anything in my mouth
until I feel hydrated. Then as soon as I begin
eating I feel dehydrated again. so it's little
frustrating; I am hungry but cannot eat for thirst,
and end up invariably drinking whilst I eat which is
not ideal and might contribute to the bloat.

I frequently get bouts of headaches over a few days
which are only relieved by drinking 2-3L and
sleeping 2-3 hours.

I suspect something medical gong on, possibly
diabetes mel, but am not inclined to get tested as I
don't think there is any effective treatment. The
thirst has been getting progressively more extreme
all my adult life and going raw hasn't helped.

I hope to one day fast with Dr G but am currently
around to look after my elderly mum.
