1) 750g honeydew melon
250g apple
100g banana

2) 800g Banana

3) 300g Mango
500g strawberries
250g pineapple

4) 150g orange
250g mango
100g banana

day 2:

yoga 1,5 h

1) 1kg watermelon

2) 500g apple
150g raspberries

3) 1kg watermelon

4) 1kg mango

5) 450g Romana salad with strawberries and red bell pepper

day 3:

jogging 50 min

1) smoothie with pineapple, kiwi, orange, strawberries and grape

2) 1kg banana

3) 950g papaya
450g kiwi

day 4:

1) 1 cantaloupe

2) pineapple/raspberry smoothies/apple

3) mangos

4) bananas

day 5:

1) 1/2 watermelon

2) bananas

3) mango/strawberry smoothie
