Subject:         fragmented sleep schedule.

Hello friends, I am blessed to be here among you. Me discovering this
information and you freedom fighters nothing short of miraculous and
synchronictic in love. My question revolves around my sleep schedule
for my job. I work from midnight to 830 am. And I have no problem
eating fruits. But since I go to sleep around 10 am and wake up around
2 pm I am currently eating fruit before a 4 hour nap. And then lunch
before taking another short 3 to 4 hour nap. I want to know this has
adverse affects on my diet. And if it would be better to eat greens before
each nap? Thank you all in advance, One Love
