You can find the chart at foodnsport website. It's
not really a planner, The 80/10/10 Diet is more that.
The chart is just a list of macronutrients in raw
foods, with a few comparisons to cooked.

I weigh and count calories because I like to know how
much I am consuming, and aim to cut down by around 3-
500cals/day under my energy burn, as I am always
hoping to lose 10-14lbs. That hasn't happened in the
last 4-5 years on the diet largely due to lack of
willpower! But most importantly, I know I am eating a
clean, health-promoting diet.

If you have been estimating your calories on the gross
weight of foods as sold all these years, you probably
ate far less than you thought! But no point at all if
you are happy with your weight and energy is good.
