Hi Doug/everyone, I hope you are well.

I have read all posts I could find from the past regarding this issue.

I am taking full responsibility for my health and letting go of the past since I cannot change the past. I can however make new choices/decisions in the present which will shape my destiny and future.

In your experience with helping other people, what has worked to bring the body and jaw/teeth/heaad back into alignment. For me, 4-5 years of yoga/core exercises/meditation/breathing exercises/palming/sunning/sleeping/resting as muhc as possible plus a lot more has not bought the relief I'm needing. and searching for.

Even if I blend/juice my food, I simply cannot mix sufficient saliva/enzymes with it to ensure that my food is digested sufficiently to give my cells and body the quantity and quality of nutrients that it is asking for.

I have done several short fasts (1-7 days) and a long 30 day water fast (which ended terribly and hugely increased my PTSD/anxiety and other health issues - the fast itself was not a nightmare but the refeeding and remainder of my stay at the retreat was since the hosting professional became very hostile and all guests had to flee!).

Greatly looking forward to hearing from Doug and anyone else who can help.
