when i eat a melon, i usually take its initial weight, eat the sweet parts, weight it
again and subtract it from the initial weight. my question when i eat the non
sweet outer edges of a melon, should i count those differently? are they calories
free or negligible? or do they have starches in them like unripe bananas and they
are have just as many calories as the sweet part? thanks!
Hunter
