Subject:         i want some more information/actual facts about....

i bought raw chocolate/cocoa with no dairy added, only thing
added to it are spices/herbs such as nutmeg etc. and i never
had this before and found it to be very good tasting when i
added it to bananas in a smoothie and easily downed a 1500
calorie banana/water/raw cacao smoothie at one time in less
than 5 minutes and curious as to whether this is healthy to
consume or not and why if no as the cacao is all raw from raw
cacao bean grown on tree and only natural raw herbs/spices
were added to it and was told to add it to sweet fruits to
take away bitter taste. i bought on island

i am a very fair skinned so i have to be very careful in sun
in the islands where i was, i was lotsa closer to the equator
where the sun is extremely strong compared to all other places
i also got too much sun even when i covered up with hat/long
sleeves/pants and washed myself few hours afterwards in shower
with soap and heard afterwards that the soap negated all the
vitamin d and so i got absolutely no benefits from the sun and
wondering if this is really a factual truth or not and why too
