Sounds to me you are suffering a bit from reactive hypoglycemia.
I had horrible problems trying the 80-10-10 diet and made me so
sick I ended up going back to eating meat just to bring my body
back in balance for a while. (This is really not a diet for someone
suffering from reactive hypoglycemia) I am not saying the diet is
no good, but it is quite clear there is not one diet for everyone.
Don't make the mistake I did of following philosophy over
listening to your body. You can end up very sick living and eating
that way.

If you are going to stick with raw foods it would be a good idea to
check out Gabriel Cousens and his work,. He has worked a lot
with diabetics and has gotten amazing evidence based results. I
know you are thinking 'IF I have low blood sugar, what does this
have to do with me'. Keep in mind that hypoglycemia is
considered a pre-diabetic condition. Eat smart and give your
poor pancreas a rest and I think you will do well again. If you
juice, stick with veggies. Make sure you get a good vegan
EPA/DHA suppliment to support your brain function(Opti 3
comming to mind).

Make sure you are getting enough vitamin D. If you don't live in
sunny Florida and go outside quite often you are going to need to
supplement with vitamin D (4,000 IUs a day). Get a good brand
and keep in mind not all D is vegetarian/vegan. D2 is the vegan
version, but we really need D3 (which is made from sheeps
wool). If you absolutely don't like the idea of taking in sheeps
wool, then it is best to spend more time out doors in the sun
(without slathering on suntan lotion). Just be smart about it and
don't burn yourself to a crisp in the process.

Good luck in your search for the optimal diet for your body! I am
still searching for the one for me (I am having the best luck
following cooked vegan diet based off of whole foods and
following Chinese medicine ideas).
