slept very well last night as didn't have to wake up
frequently as i usually do to use bathroom on just
fruits and greens and so only woke up to use bathroom
twice vs. 4-6x on just an all fruit/greens meal 4-5
hours before bedtime. also don't feel as hungry for
breakfast 15 hours after eating so still feel very
full and satiated and predict i won't feel hungry till
close to if not 4:30pm when i last ate yesterday. also
woke up with an excellent bathroom movement. i had
eaten 2.5 pounds of greens with two large mangoes and
tomatoes and strawberries and pineapple all at once
finishing in half an hour yesterday about an hour
before eating rice/steamed veggies meal, and earlier
in day at 10:30am i had a meal of three very large
green pears and one medium banana(other bananas not
ripe yet for reason of having only one) and one medium
apple and worked out for just one hour in the morning
and rested by reading/lounging rest of day yesterday.
