Subject:         Water retention

Hi Dough, I am dehydrated all the time. My body is holding the water in my
belly and things arent moving. I dont pee so much and have constipation
often. I drink 1,5l in the morning,then have fruit and half an hour later feel
thirsty again. I think the water retention is all over my body,but the belly is
so obvious. I drink at least 5l of water a day. Walking every day,doing some
bodyweight exercise and sprints. I am feeling fatigued very often despite of
10hours sleeping and after very intensive anaerobic exercise I am yawing
excessively. What do you think about it? Thanks:)
