Subject:         browyn's question way back recently

browyn asked for people's reaction to eating starches and i
wanted to reply here to mine

i have been influenced by harley and freelee and other
utubers who eat raw till 4 and wanted to try it for myself
and i regret it as everything dr. doug graham said would
happen when eaten in his book grain damage happenned to me
and i also felt very thirsty after consuming also. thinking
back i 'thiiink' i must have just not eaten enough fruits
but not sure because i had both fruit and starch in front of
me to choose from and chose the starch instead and i think i
did this for variety as i was just all 'fruited-out' 'had
enough fruit' so to say??? as i just didn't feel hungry
anymore fruit but i did for starch??? so was i then just
emotionally/comfort eating??? the starch didn't even have
any condiments/spices etc. added to it, it was just plain
starch and i didn't have any trouble eating large amount of
it of close to 500 calories, so i wonder what attracted me
to it if i had the choice to choose between fruit and
starch, but regardless i will try to be a whole lot stronger
in resisting it in the future. other people i live with eat
starch and fruits and the smell of the starch attracted me
to it also as it smelled nuttyish with the different variety
of rice grains and they said that purple/black rice has more
antioxidants in it than blueberries and other fruits and its
a rare rice with lotsa health benefits to it and in the
starch dish was also quinoa, basmati, wild and red rice –
and it all had a sweet nutty flavor all on its own, so i
feel like the smell of it plus the warmth of it attracted me
to it as well as that it was something 'different' than a
fruit as i was just 'fruited out' but all the negatives
happen to me as an after-effect and especially the part of
taking 72 hours to clear from my bod inwhich dr. graham
mentions in his book, so i am not looking forward to
repeating those again so i'm dreading the next 3 days
ahead.... :(

p.s. maybe i just ate fruits and greens exclusively for too
long and that made my body very sensitive to anything else?
or maybe not also? not sure why others continue to keep
doing it though if they too experience same as me, and if
they don't then maybe my digestive system is just more
sensitive???
