Over the course of my years on this diet I have had a day here and
there when some teeth areas have felt sensitive. Because I have no
cavities and my gums are fairly healthy. I knew this had nothing to do
with any sort of "decay". Rather it was ALWAYS when I ate dates (the
fresh wet kind), dried fruit or even fruits that are so sweet they taste
like pure sugar. If I had continued to eat the foods that caused the
sensitivity, I probably would now have teeth issues as well.

I am fastidious with my oral hygiene. And I include tons of greens
which I believe are crucial for healthy teeth.

I believe it's important to listen to the body's signals…..
