Thank you so much. I will definitely start eating
more calories.

Currently, I am much more concerned with gaining
muscle strength. It is very important that I have
very strong muscles to keep my joints from slipping
out of place. Right now, my physical therapist has
me doing lunges, squats, bridges for core strength,
planks, as well as a few exercises with a theraband
for hip and upper body strength. There are also
several basic exercises I am doing to strengthen the
multifidus muscle and transverse abdominus. At this
time, both of those muscles are very weak and
contributing to joint instability. I also warm up on
an elliptical machine for 10 minutes.

I should also mention that in the brief time, about 1
week, that I have been eating 811 I do have much less
pain. In fact, there have been times where there is
no pain. This is coming from a person who was
literally screaming in agony a year ago from the
pain. It is so great not to be in pain. So, thank
you very much.
