Subject:         fat calories burned

i heard/read that you burn more fat calories by not eating a
breakfast before exercising and wondering if this is true or a
rumor and if true then about how much more fat is burned
without having anything to eat in the mornings before exercise
vs. not burned. i personally feel better having some fruit
sugars in me about a 2-3 hours very early in the morning at
around 6:30'ish before i start exercising around 9:30am as i
exercise for about 2 hours in mornings lasting until about
11:30am and starting around 9:30'ish am

for example, i stopped eating yesterday feeling full at 3:30pm
and then woke up this morning and started eating breakfast at
6am and finished at 6:30am and i had blueberries and whole
grapefruit and a smoothie of fresh squeezed tangerines and
strawberries and spinach and all blended up it made about 17oz
