I have to gain muscle. Much of the pain comes from
joint hypermobility syndrome, which makes my spine
and pelvis go out of alignment very easily. I have
been trying to gain weight, but find even eating
2,000 calories a day I am unable to. I do have
specific strengthening exercises I do, which were
given to me by my PT. I just get a little frustrated
that I am not building muscle. I just feel like I am
missing a piece to the puzzle.
