It could even be made with waste tomato from other
tomato products, like cat and dog food is made with
ground bones, heads, beaks etc, whch s waste from
other meat products. Extreme example, I know!

With paste, you don't know what's in it unless made by
yourself. So there could be little or no fresh
tomato in it, but loads of tomato
concentrate/flavouring from reconstituted powders...or
maybe I'm too suspicious!
