hmmmmm....interesting about differences in different
countries. you can also call manufacturerer and ask
them for more details in your country if that is
allowed to help you know better what is in food you
are eating.

you are probably right about why it is super sweet
tasting in that it is very concentrated and am curious
as to facts on bad of that and would assume i gain
some nutrients and lose others from the cooking, but
wonder if it damages parts of the insides of my body
and in what ways exactly when i eat.

if i had a dehydrator i'd use it for the mushrooms to
make them more digestable/palatable, but i don't own
one and don't want to make an expensive investment in
one. it would also be helpful for you to have a
dehydrator so you can just dry your own tomatoes and
me also as then i can dry tomatoes making them even
super sweeter and then combine them with regular whole
tomatoes to make a super duper sweet tomatoe sauce and
put on top of the dehydrated mushrooms.
