Hello, Dr. Graham, I was wondering what your recommendations would be for
someone having dental issues. I have been almost ( have cooked carbs too a few
times a week) raw for a few years now. I had cavities before I started. Recently, I
tried the natural hygiene method for brushing my teeth, with only water. I did
this for two weeks. During that time a tooth on the top in the very back, that was
hurting, went from having a large whole to almost completely dissolved. I am
now having a sensitivity issue. It seems anything exposure to even room temp
water causes this area to throb. The pain is pretty intense. I am not sure what I
should do. I am 37, almost 5'7" and weigh 160 lbs, I work out a few times a week
(running 2 miles and weight training) I have never had any children. I have been
sleeping pretty good with minimal stress in my life. Other than this issue, I am
enjoying so many benefits to the lifestyle. I really do want to go to a dentist.

Thank you so much!
Jessica
