Hi Anna,

It really is not essential at all that you consume
greens after fruit! Eating a fruit/greens salad is a
great way to get in more greens. For example, when I
have done my morning workout, I am craving calories
and salt. So my lunch is typically a mixed salad with
fruit chopped into it. Today I had chopped Pak Choy,
Little Gem lettuce, and celery, with dates chopped
into it.

Heidi has a great point about activity levels - I
can't imagine not craving greens, I ate masses before
811, and even more since! That might be because I
have been physically active all my life, and now
workout harder than ever with the increased energy
from 811 :)
