you just need to reset your mind to like them anna, as
just takes practice. so start small with little
quantities every day. also try increasing your
physical fitness a little more each day and try
sweating more as this increased sweat will make you
crave salt more which is in higher quantities of
greens and tomatoes. i've personally increased my
physical fitness workouts in hours and
strengh/endurance which has increased my appettite for
greens of 2.5-3 lbs a day and just these past two days
i finished off 2 lbs of greens in about a half hour
just eating them plain and whole and i started my meal
with them also before fruits. also if you get very
good quality organic greens they will be softer and
tastier as i found a place to get baby
kale/spinach/chard mixture and it is sooo soft and
baby like that the kale/chard taste soooo sweet and
easy to digest that i can eat plain and whole. also,
i am barely 5 feet tall and under 100 lbs and am now
eating about 2000 calories i would estimate a day, but
not really sure as i don't count calories or do any
real calculations on energy out vs. energy in as i
just eat till satisfied is all and am very in tune
with my body signals physically/mentally. you can do
it anna! i got great hope/faith in you! ;)
