Are you perhaps new to this lifestyle?

One very obvious suggestion: are you dong more cardio
than previously, or changed your style of cardio, then
eating a banana meal? The bananas would be irrelevant
- it might be that you are getting cramps due to
vigorous weight-bearing exercise (running,
plyometrics, aerobics of any kind, even brisk walking.
Have you recently upped your cardio/changed the type
or increased intensity?

It could be as simple as needing to stretch your
calves after exercise. If unsure of the best
stretches, ask again.

Fruits of themselves do not cause muscle cramps.
