Pay special attention to the last sentence of paragraph three.

You can also refer back to the link in my last response and check the same diagram which shows that poor blood flow leads to decreased oxygenation as well. If you don't think that there are any studies showing that high fat diet lead to poor blood flow (ie. clogged arteries) then you really need to do your homework.

If you are here to learn then you would actually try when someone takes the time to educate you on the questions you are asking.
