I don't understand the rudeness but here is a link to exactly what you are looking for, right out of Guyton Physiology textbook just as Dr. Graham mentioned and I confirmed.

How are you going to get me the $20? Also I think you owe Dr. Graham an apology.

Pay special attention to figure 32-4 which shows low hemoglobin results in decreased tissue oxygenation. Since fat contributes to low hemoglobin in the blood I guess you have your answer right there.
