Subject:         Loss of nutrients in body fluids

I know that sweating of course means we loose minerals like sodium for example, and therefore have to replenish them at a higher rate than if we did not sweat the same amount for example to make up for the loss.

Here's my question, what about things like sex and masturbation for example? If you were to have an ejaculation every day (which doesnt seem like something natural), would that drain your reserves in any way that we should pay attention to? I mean I have heard things like you can loose too much zinc, b12 and other nutrients in that way..
