Subject:         How to help my husband on 811

Hello Dr Graham and Everyone,

So, my husband just decided to join me on 811 last week, and
he is already complaining that he is 1) Needs more variety 2)
feels like he has less energy. He weighs 205 lbs, and has a
pretty sedentary job. He works out really hard for about an
hour and a half every day. I tracked his calories and he has
been eating anywhere from 3600 - 4000 calories everyday. I
really want to make this work for him. It would be really
nice to share our 811 journey together. So my questions are:

1) Any suggestions to make this work for him?

2) Is it true that oranges lose nutritional value once peeled
(I offered to peel my husband's oranges for his lunch ahead
of time to make it easier for him - but he said they would
lose nutritional value that way.)?

3) Does 3600 - 4000 calories sound adequate for a 205 lb male
mostly sedentary with 1.5 hour workout daily?
