Hi Dr. Graham and all,

For the last several months, I've had a pretty ravenous appetite for Broccoli; and also have been known to eat my fair share of Kale.

Recently I've read in a few different places that consumption of these veggies in the raw state can compromise thyroid function. I've not noticed any symptoms of hypothyroidism, though there is a family history of thyroid issues.

Do you think it would be wise to throttle back, or even eliminate these vegetables from my diet? I do love Lettuce, of course. But these last months, I only wanna consume mass quantities of Broccoli!

Thanks for any input.
