I am doing my best when I am fed enough and with
empty stomach. The sugar levels is at that time
around 6 mmol/l, the range let say roughly between
5.5 and 6.5 mmol/l. Higher blood sugar shows that I
ate too much for a meal or I have been eating without
experience hunger. lower sugar level shows that I
didn't eat enough in last few days.

I would be glad if you can share also your opinion
about this, what is your range.

p.s.: the blood sugar levels were measured long
enough after the meals, so the sugar levels were
already stabilized...
