I agree absolutely Heidi, food is a first priority -
though do not buy all organic either. I probably do
spend a lot compared to many single people, but am
convinced and will continue.

Those who say raw is too expensive are likely ,
mostly, making excuses. The problem is our whole lack
of health education; health is seen as something
automatic, not something to be worked at; poor health
is accidental, a flaw in Nature's functioning. We
are set up to be irresponsible, until we encounter
problems and maybe start to make changes.

Dr G puts it so well when he says the information is
all out there (raw is better than cooked, cooking
creates toxic chemicals, fruits and veg are ultimate
health foods, etc). But when someone joins the dots,
they are labelled "extreme".
