Performance" you stated that you don't recommend the
training if the blood sugar of individual is to low.
What are the guidelines when you make decision for
the others. What are your guidelines?

The ranges of the blood sugar provided by ADA and
other Diabetes organizations seem pretty high...Let
say I never have the blood sugar above 10 mmol/l,
even after a huge fruit meal (2 kg persimmons fruits
yield only). Sometimes I do have blood sugar level
below 5 mmol/l when I start my exercise. ADA
recommends at least 5.6 mmol/l.

What is your opinion. Best regards;
